At NORTHERN, we are dedicated to ensuring your athletic gear meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the gear clears inspection.
